I used the Grand Labels Twenty Three for the shape of the card and the background on the front. For the sentiment and lady on the front I embossed with gold powder and used Spellbinder's Opulent Ovals die. Flowers, pearls & stick pins for embellishments.
For the center of the card I again embossed the sentiment with gold embossing powder and used Opulent Ovals dies.

Get well for Dr. B. 3/20/15
Oops, I forgot to take the picture of the inside of the card before I wrote on it.
That is why the bottom part is cut off.

Mom's Birthday Card
My mom, who will be 86 tomorrow loves red roses. I made the rose for her and used greenery and smaller flowers for the front. I used my new Spellbinders embossing folder Lovely Lattice. The Happy Birthday is a Close To My Heart stamp and the inside stamp is from JustRite.

2015 - Mother's Day card
Supplies used:
Spellbinders Grand Labels One
Spellbinders Decorative Labels One
I used the computer for the Happy Mother's Day
I punched the rose with a My Paper Studio punch
The ribbon as well as the gold rhinestones are from Michael's
I made the stick pin
The inside sentiment is a JustRite stamp
Envelope box for the card in the next post
I used the envelope punch board to make this envelope box. Although it is not sturdy enough to go through the mail, it serves it's purpose to hand deliver, or put in a sturdier box to mail.

Thank you card for my friend
Her and I both like fleur de lis, so I added a border and stamped one on the front and one in the middle of the card. It doesn't show up very good in the picture, but there is a leaves and flourish die cut on the front of the card with purple blending around it.
We also like purple, voila! I think her taste is white and mine is cream cards.
Envelope Box comes later.

Valentine's Cards for Nursing Homes
These are a few of the cards I'm making for the Nursing Homes (2).
I have had help with white paper, flowers & punched hearts. I truly thank those people.
These I made from the hearts that were punched out for me.
These are the hearts I die cut and water colored.

Mark's 47th Birthday card
While my living room carpet and ceiling dried, this weekend, I zentangled and made Mark this card. Then I wrote the date and "Happy Birthday Mark" in calligraphy.
To the middle of the card I did some zentangle to the side and wrote the message.
I personalized the back with a tag and my logo.

Ava's Birthday card
Front of card (Topiary (green) is her favorite color). More border dies Marthanda gave me.
Front of box for her card, as the card w/flowers will not fit in an envelope.
Inside of her card. Love BJ & Benji.
Thanksgiving Card
I made enough of these for my friends here in my apartment complex. I'm saving my stamps for all my family and friends' Christmas Cards
My last craft lessons at Leisure Village
Era with her Christmas Snowflake page.
Rosa didn't participate, she was upset that the lady didn't do her hair like she wanted.
She gave her bangs!
She gave her bangs!
My mom wasn't feeling well, but she came and sat with us while we crafted. I understand that she is participating with the new activities director, which I think is great that she got her to join in.
Carol working on her project.
She kept adding snow and snowflakes. I actually took more pics, but limited it to these.

Christmas Card
The front of my Christmas Card is made up of dies that were loaned to me by my friend, Marthanda. I love the word dies, they are so easy to use. The gold side of the card was made with a die from Spellbinders Curved Boarders One, there is no pattern to the die so I could use the positive and the negative and just emboss them together. The 'bling' is from Michaels. The inside of the card is a sentiment from a set that Marthanda gave me. Thank you Marthanda, I enjoyed using these dies and the sentiments.

Grandma's Brag Book - Boy
My sister, Ava's next-door-neighbor is about to become a Grandma for the first time and Ava wanted to do something for her. So, she ordered a brag book for her. I love designing these little books. They are just the right size (6x6) for 1 or 2 pictures per page.
Don't get distracted by the pretty little girl.lol That's when I was little and cute.

Christmas lay-out
This is a layout for the ladies at the nursing home to do. I have made the flower and cut out the snowflakes & glittered them. This one is the sample, and will go on my mom's door, as she cannot see to do crafts. The 12 X 12 cardstock was donated by Marthanda, each one is a different theme The Snowflake dies were loaned to me by Marthanda. I am sure they will love crafting this project.
